Begin an easy pasta sauce from scratch adding onion, some  aromatic herbs (e.g. basil) and finish the dish with a few drops of extra virgin olive oil from this selection. 

The intense and complex flavors of these selected olive oils can naturally increase the taste of the main ingredients of a spaghetti dish (like tomato, herbs, onion, green olives, spices etc). 

The combination of these flawless tastes and smells allows you to travel back to the lovely moments you had while spending your summer holidays on a Greek island.
