Just a few drops of the extra virgin olive oils from this selection is enough to add aromas and flavor to vegetables or meat soups and boost the intensity of the ingredients that one can expect in spicy dishes.

Discover fragrances of freshly cut grass, tomatoes and herbs from the Greek land (like oregano, basil and thyme) along with hints of ripe fruits, green olives, almonds, artichokes and many more. 

The spicy character of these extra virgin olive oils can give a peppery hint to vegetable soups or other dishes without adding pepper, chili or any other kind of strong spices. Especially on sweet soups (like mushroom or pumpkin soups), add 1-2 spoons of this raw extra virgin olive oil before serving to get intense smells of greek herbs & spices in your dish.
