Produced at the historic Astrikas Estate in Crete, this unique oil combines Koroneiki olives with whole bitter oranges during the stone-milling process, creating an exotic and aromatic olive oil unlike any other.
Harvested from the estate’s organic olive groves, the olives are stone-milled and cold-pressed together with fresh nerantzi, allowing the natural citrus oils and blossoms to blend seamlessly with the olive oil. The result is a beautifully balanced oil bursting with orange blossom aromas, bright citrus freshness, and a gentle tingle of orange rind.
This traditional co-milling method produces a naturally flavored olive oil that is vibrant, fragrant, and intensely Mediterranean.
