What makes The Master Miller’s Chef’s Exclusive truly special is its rare and carefully crafted blend of Koroneiki and Botsikoelia olives. Grown exclusively in Ancient Olympia, the indigenous Botsikoelia variety adds balance, depth, and aromatic complexity, elevating the classic intensity of Koroneiki.
Only early harvest olives are used, harvested between mid-October and mid-November. The olives are processed the same day in the estate’s mill and carefully packaged under close supervision. From tree to tin, every step is controlled to ensure an Extra Virgin Olive Oil of exceptional quality and singular character.
