Extra Virgin Olive Oils | Kolovi Variety
 This is the most popular variety on Lesvos island in the northern Aegean sea. 
It has medium-size and matures relatively from early November to January. 
This high productive variety has large amounts of phenolic compounds and a rich fruity bouquet of aromas with notes of freshly-cut grass, artichoke, bitter almond and a medium bitter and spicy aftertaste.
