Crafted from semi-ripe Makri olives harvested in early November, our single variety extra virgin olive oil stands out with its remarkably low acidity. The olives are carefully picked, and within a mere 4-8 hours of harvest, the oil is meticulously cold-pressed under optimal conditions.
