Product Description
Omphacium Master Miller belongs to the Premium Series of the Papadopoulos Olive Oil Company. It is inspired by the ancient Greek method of producing olive oil from unripe olives, historically known as Omphacium. This style of olive oil was highly regarded by Hippocrates and other ancient physicians for its purity and medicinal qualities.
Produced from early-harvest Olympia olives and cold-extracted shortly after harvest, this EVOO preserves an exceptionally high polyphenol content, including oleocanthal, which gives its characteristic peppery sensation and antioxidant properties.
The result is a bold, structured, and expressive olive oil, ideal for those who appreciate intensity, depth, and authenticity.
