Terra Creta Platinum 0.3 is an extra virgin olive oil with low acidity of 0.30% (at production). Made from the Koroneiki olive variety, it carries a Protected Geographical Indication (PGI) from Chania, Crete. The olives are processed within 12 hours through cold extraction, and the olive oil is packaged exclusively in a 500ml dark glass bottle with a non-refillable oil cap.
It is rich in Vitamin E and monounsaturated fatty acids, featuring a fresh, green, and balanced organoleptic profile. Thanks to its low acidity, it offers significant health benefits and is ideal for use in green salads and cold dishes.
