VION Castello Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil comes from the sun-drenched slopes of Cape Maleas in Lakonia, a region known for its strong winds and unique coastal microclimate. Produced from olive trees—many over 200 years old—this olive oil reflects a 100-year family tradition, rooted in care, experience, and respect for the land.
Cold extracted and organically farmed, VION Castello is distinguished by its exceptionally high polyphenol content, containing 3–5 times more polyphenols than the minimum required. A bold olive oil created for those who value both intensity of flavor and nutritional excellence.
