Argali Extra Virgin Olive Oil offers a sensory experience that truly reflects its roots—early harvest, single-variety Koroneiki olives, and the pure, unspoiled land of Gargalianoi.
On the nose, it opens with the fresh scent of cut grass and the green, herbal note of tomato leaf. This is followed by subtle hints of eucalyptus, fig leaf, oregano and greek herbs creating a vibrant and complex bouquet that evokes the natural richness of the region.
On the palate, Argali is smooth and balanced, with a mild to medium bitterness that reflects its polyphenol richness. It finishes with a clean, peppery kick that lingers, leaving a refreshing and lively aftertaste.
Argali is the kind of olive oil that doesn’t just sit on the shelf for special occasions. It belongs on your table, every day—drizzled on salads, over warm16,9 bread, or just a little splash on your grilled veggies and everyday dishes.

Location
From the sunlit hills of Gargalianoi—where ancient olive groves overlook the turquoise Ionian Sea—comes Argali, a premium organic extra virgin olive oil made exclusively from the Koroneiki variety.
Rooted in a region rich with myth and tradition, Argali is cultivated without irrigation or chemicals, certified organic by BioHellas since 2007. The olives are hand-harvested in late October and cold-pressed within 12 hours to preserve their vibrant color, fruity aroma, and high polyphenol content.
With a low yield of just 2–5 liters per tree, Argali focuses on quality over quantity, delivering an oil of exceptional purity, balanced flavor, mild bitterness, and a peppery finish.
From the blue shores of the Ionian to your table—Argali is olive oil as it was meant to be.
