Return and Refund Policy

At The Olivest (www.theolivest.com), we offer a 14-day return policy. This means you have 14 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, items must be in the same condition you received them: unworn, unused, with tags, and in their original packaging. You must also provide the receipt or proof of purchase. We reserve the right to deny any return that does not meet these conditions.

To initiate a return, contact us at TheOlivest@gmail.com. Once your return is approved (a decision may take up to 1 week), we will provide a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted. The cost of return shipping is the customer’s responsibility and is non-refundable. 

Order Cancellation After Shipment

If your order has already shipped and you request a cancellation or refund, we can process it within 14 days. The following fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund:

  • Original shipping cost to the destination.

  • Return shipping costs calculated by DHL, FedEx, or other carriers.

  • Any import fees, customs duties, or third-party charges.

  • Transaction fees charged by payment processors (e.g., credit card fees).

For returns due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. If a return label is provided by us, the cost will be deducted from the refund. Paid shipping, import fees, or related expenses are not refundable.

Damages and Issues

Inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Claims must be made within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. Late claims may be denied.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get a different item is to return the original item (once approved) and place a separate order. The customer is responsible for all associated shipping costs.

Refunds

We will notify you after receiving and inspecting your return. If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method or, in some cases, directly to a bank account if a card refund is not possible. Refunds may take up to 14 business days depending on your bank or credit card company.

Refusal of Shipment Due to Import Fees

This return policy also applies when a customer refuses to accept a shipment due to import fees, customs duties, or taxes. In such cases:

  • The package will be returned to us.

  • Refund eligibility is limited to the product cost only.

  • Original shipping fees, return shipping costs, import fees, and other related charges are non-refundable.

  • Duties, taxes, customs fees, and any additional charges are non-refundable.

  • Refusal of shipment due to import fees or customs duties will not entitle the customer to a refund of shipping or associated costs.

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer is their responsibility; additional charges for redelivery or return will be borne by the customer.

  • The Olivest reserves the right to modify this policy at any time without prior notice. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined above.
