Description

A balanced olive oil, produced exclusively from dried olive trees of Koroneiki variety in Ancient Olympia.

The olives are harvested by hand in late October to early November and are handled at low temperatures (<27oC) within 10 hours of harvest. The result is the extra virgin olive oil “ena ena Pure Drop”, with low acidity, with perfect balance of taste, aromas, acidity and nutritional value.

Due to the harvest season and, mainly, due to the ripening stage of the fruit, delicious notes of green pepper are highlighted that enhance the pleasant spicy aftertaste and aromas of freshly cut grass, flowers and herbs.

After the production, it is stored exclusively in cooled stainless-steel tanks, using nitrogen for optimal preservation of their quality characteristics. It is bottled by hand, with the addition of nitrogen.

The distinctive fresh aroma and mild aftertaste make it ideal for cooking, while harmoniously complementing salads and vegetables as dressing.
