Botanico Red Seal is a unique balsamic vinegar, aged for 6 years in oak and chestnut barrels of 40 and 50 litres. High concentration and complex aromas are the main characteristics of this balsamic vinegar, which comes from selected grapes from the vineyards of the Kostas Lazaridis Estate in Drama.
Aromas & Taste
Solid, with dark shades of maoni. Complex bouquet, where the strong presence of coffee, raisin and melted fruit aromas almost mask the vinegar sensation. Dense and oily with the impression of acidity receding and the concentrated sweetness gaining ground.
