Extra Virgin Olive Oils | Lianolia Variety

Lianolia variety is cultivated on the island of Corfu in the west part of Greece but also in Epirus, and the rest of the Ionian Islands.
The olive fruits have a small size, they are relatively resistant to cold, and demand a humid climate. The trees are spectacular with vibrant vegetation, very high in height, and huge trunks. Its fruity aroma is characterized by notes of freshly cut grass, tomato, artichoke, cinnamon wood, and almond.
Lianolia variety produces one of the most high-phenolic olive oils in the world.
With an intense pungency and a medium bitterness, it is best to consume raw on almost any fresh or cooked culinary creation.
