This is a selection of 3 great extra virgin olive oils, with medium intensity and delicate taste that we suggest as an ideal pairing for boiled, roasted or grilled white fish. 

Tasting

The extra virgin olive oils of this selection will impress you with the complexity of their fragrances, their buttery texture and the light spicy aftertaste that  releases gradually to give you a unique tasting experience.  

They can be perfectly paired with white fish, those  we usually find in the mediterranean sea (sea bream, sea bass etc.) and we suggest using these olive oils as a great finishing touch just before serving the dish. 

Their mild intensity and perfect balance between medium spiciness and bitterness allows the fish to stand out in the dish without being overwhelmed by the natural taste of the oil.
