Producer | Olive Tentation

Ioannis Stivaktas, a graduate of the Department of Shipping at the University of Piraeus, was inspired by the words of Nobel Prize-winning poet Odysseus Elytis while studying. Elytis wrote, "If you disintegrate Greece, you will see that you are left with an olive tree, a vine, and a boat," which implies that with these simple elements, Greece can be rebuilt.

These words resonated with Ioannis Stivaktas and motivated him to cultivate the family olive grove in Vatika, Laconia. With the assistance of specialized and experienced partners, he established "OLIVE TENTANTION" with the aim of promoting the exceptional virgin olive oil that his family and friends have enjoyed for many years.
